Novel CoronaVirus

If you have recently returned from abroad and are showing signs of a respiratory infection (cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever or difficulty breathing) please do not book an appointment using our online facility. Please call NHS111 who will be able to assess your symptoms and travel history.

We offer same-day urgent care for those urgent symptoms/ conditions that cannot wait for a routine appointment.
Urgent care is open from 8am until 9.30am and 2pm until 3:30pm every day.

If you are in need of same-day urgent care please call the practice. A member of our reception team will ask for brief details of the problem and your contact details. You will be given a call-back from one of our duty team (GP, Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse) who may provide advice, a prescription or an appointment.

If an appointment is required it may be at one of our other partnership sites, or with our extended hours provider- Southampton Primary Care Limited (SPCL) at a hub site. See the extended hours tab for more information.

Please note that we do not operate a walk in service at any of our sites.

At times of exceptionally high demand, urgent care may close early for the purpose of patient safety. We apologise for any inconvenience.
